Rocket power Skater testing

So I tracked the rocket and I found out that it puts out 12.1 N thats 2.43 plus the 9.67 of gravity -

Solid Rocket Boosters. form the NSTS Shuttle Reference Manual (1988). NASA. put out 13.7 GW so we are a little strong off for the backpack rocket. I think that the the power measurement is in different units but I will have to check with mrs. Boorsma.

So I need the time he flew and the distance and then I can know the power. He flew 65.5 feet in 4 seconds 12.1*20/4 so I'm putting out 60.5 W

A model rocket puts out 12.1 N of thrust the same as our rocket so there is no feasible way that could ever work.
